Should i start kickboxing ?
I am 20 years old and i am fit because i am doing rowing. But lately i was thinking of starting something like kickboxing to through some punches so i ll be more confident and more powerful in a fight. Also i think is the best sport to get anger someone have inside him. On the other hand i am not willing to spend too much time on that because i have to do reading plus, i already spend some time on rowing. Should i try kickboxing ?
Plus i don`t have so good flexibility, although i think everything is possible if there is a will

kickboxing is awesome. you have to have a very strong core and loose hamstrings and legs. im 6′4” and kicking above my head is really hard when you have tight legs. but its really fun. kickboxing is a good blend of all the martial arts.

One thing: Make sure you are flexible! I can do the splits with ease, when you can do this and you practice kicks regualer your legs will become deadly my friend ;D

can anyone help me understand the threenight ongoing dream?
ok so i had a dream about one of my good freinds, her name is alexia, and in the dream i got a text from her saying to meet herr at the park(its fresh in mymind it woke me up) when i meet her there she is running from her boyfreind victor, she has a black eye and multiple knife wounds, i try to stop victor but we end up fighting till he pulls a gun (out of no were) and shoots me in my kidneys(i have terrible kideys) and i somehow get back up and get him down and shoot him in the head with his own gun, the dream ends with me wakeing up in a (blue) hospital and alexia is asleep with her head on my arm and her parents and mine are talking at the door.
(then i usually wake up) but this time i kept sleeping and the dream got weireder,
-when alexia lifts her head her eyes are red from crying,
she asks me somthing but i cannot hear what it is she is saying, i respond but i cannot hear that either,
she smiles then laughs, then gives me a hug.
then i wake up(still in dream) in a bed with white linen sheets and alexia is next to me, on the wall i notice a framed picture of Alexia in a military uniform, next to that is a paper that says "PI licences" and it has my name in the middle in old style text format.
then a little girl walks into the room that looks like alexias little sister, only younger and the littke girl hops up into the bed, alexia wakes up and looks at me, says somthing, that again, i cannot hear. and i respond, wich again i cannot hear, i then wake up.
this time wen i woke up i was crying and can not fall back to sleep…..they say all dreams have inner meanings, what does this mean?

Maybe something happened that was traumatizing and it’s bothering you and you are letting it out in your dreams. It’s completely natural. My cousin Dustin was traumatized when my other cousin Robert showed him his 1st PORNO and now he is having all these dreams. Anyways think of every bad thing that happened 3 days and nights and pick the top 3 most traumatizing things.

My weight keeps fluctuating, is something in my diet wrong? Need more cardio?
OK, I know specific information helps so I’m going to provide some details since I am looking for a detailed answer.
I am 24, 5′3 and WAS 124lbs. I have been working out for 16 days (not all days, probably 4x/week). Gym routine consists of running 1 mile (6mph), then running 1 mile afterwords but by walking 1/4 lap, sprinting 1/4 lap etc (HIIT). This totals to 2 miles of running/day. Then I lift weights for about 30 minutes (I use lots of machines that target all areas of the body), then do another form of cardio for about 20 minutes (stationary bike usually), then do another round of the same (I sometimes make it more intense) weight lifting for 30 minutes.
During this time I have also changed and diligently documented my diet, aiming for whatever most people suggest online. VERY low caloric intake compared to what I used to eat - ranges somewhere between 900-1200 calories, day, but trying not to starve myself. Trying to eat 3 larger meals per day, with 3 snacks in between. Please take a look at the list of foods that I eat and …I have a feeling I’m eating some forbidden fruits when it comes to common sense dieting =)
- PB & J sandwich (using 1 piece of whole grain bread)
- Raw tuna (like sashimi ushi) with a little soy sauce
- Frosted Mini Wheats (+milk)
- 1 fried egg & Toast
- Low fat Cottage Cheese
- Pho
- Chicken in various forms - with curry powder, plain, usually no seasoning beyond curry powder
- Crab legs, Scallops
- Graham Crackers (use these as a snack a lot of times)
- Oatmeal (+ milk, a bit of brown sugar)
- Coffee with flavored creamer and soy milk (adds up to about 70-100 cals)
After slaving away at the gym and forcing myself away from Spaghettios and all that is tasty, I have found that my weight has gone from 124 to 119, but for the past week it keeps going up to 121.6, another day down to 119.6, another day 120.8, then back up to 121. Doesn’t seem to want to budge past 121. I know I’m gaining muscle which should weigh more, but I can’t imagine my weight would bounce around so much because of this. By the way, I weigh myself in the mornings before eating anything. I have a feeling I need more cardio or less crap in my diet? Help?

I would go but not for fame. I would go for the adventure. That would be a great thing. Unfortunately at this time in my life I’d have to decline. My bestfriend has been my boyfriend for 5 days. Slow?
So, I’ve been in a relationship with my best friend for 5 days so far. We’ve known each other for 2 years, and are extremely close. We’re sophomores in high school. He can be shy but is usually outgoing towards me.
What’s been bothering me is that we’ve seen each other a lot since he asked me to be his girlfriend, and he hasn’t tried at all to make a move on me or anything. 2 days in, we went to the movies and 10 minutes before the end, I grabbed his hand. We held hands for the rest of the movie but after he put his jacket on he made no further attempts to get it back. He’s had many opportunities with just us, alone. I just think that after 5 days we should at least be holding hands or something. He hasn’t changed how he acts at all since.
Tomorrow, should I just try to take his hand? Or should I give him more time? Should I slow down? I need advice. Thanks so much
