My Girl 2 (1994) IMDB rating: 4.70 Plot: Vada Sultenfuss has a holiday coming up, and an assignment: to do and essay on someone she admires and has never met. We are adopting twins should we get 2 boys or a boy and a girl?
We have already adopted 2 girls and a boy.We can’t decide if we should adopt the 2 twin boys or the boy and girl which are also twins. Our son Logan wants us to adopt the 2 boys.His twin sis Lindsy and their little sis Zoey want to adopt the boy and girl.We have no idea we love kids and we deffintly want at least 1 boy for Logan to play with.

Well I think you should get a boy and a girl, because the boy can go with your husband and you can have the girl. - like spend time and stuff. Like so you can be close to them and let them tell anything to you. But if you adopt two boys it would be a real hassle, you’d have eyebags and a dark circle for sure!

I would say adopt the ones you want, they will be your kids and you will have to live with them the rest of your lives, but sounds like you are just plain stalemated on who to adopt. So, my opinion is to adopt the boy and girl. Mainly for the fact that there would be less rough-housing. Also, you don’t want the two boys to have to feel like they need to compete for Logan’s attention; or like the have to try to be the ‘favorite’ brother. Just to throw it out there, though, getting the two boys would prolly incur less clothes/makeup costs than having three girls! Well for sure on the makeup, but probably on the clothes. I don’t know if that would be a factor. I think, the needing to compete would be a bigger factor. Good luck!

I think you should adopt 2 twin boys for you son and 1 little girl for the girls or get triplets or tell your 2 daughters that the next time mommy and Daddy wants more children that you will get them a sister so that will make it even 3 boys and 3 girls!!!!!! Good luck on what ever you choose but make sure little Logan gets a brother or 2!!!!

I wouldn’t worry so much about the sex of the babies as I would which child needs a home more desperately (i.e. which one has been in an orphanage or foster care longer? Which ones are older?, etc.)

I think that you should be grateful at the opportunity to adopt twins anyways, their gender should not be your priority. It sounds to me like you’ve come see adopting as ‘going shopping for children’ were you can pick and choose whatever child you want. That’s just wrong. Be grateful for what you have and just hope for a healthy baby or two.

Rearrangement of formulae q?
ok so the question was:
Fd = 1/2mv^2 - 1/2mu^2 (find v)

I got:

v = square root of : 2Fd+1/2mu^2 / m

my answer was basically correct except in the book the answer doesnt have 1/2
i got rid of the first one by timesing both sides of the equation by 2 but if i do it again to get rid of the second 1/2, it will make it 4Fd which is incorrect?
so how do i do it? please help

My bullfrog swallowed rocks. :/ Help?
So I have a bullfrog who’s about 5-6 years old. She’s a large female. About the length and width of my hand, even with the fingers outstretched.

She was living fine on a river rock bedding, up until I dropped in a few goldfish for her. She managed to kick them up from the corner of her tank she uses to sunbathe and has -definitely- swallowed some. I say definitely because as I was gently searching her stomach, I could ear them click together.

She’s apparently swallowed some of the small fish gravel, but she’s large enough that I know she could easily pass them. The other rocks, however, are about nickel-quarter sized. In comparison, maybe two keys wide on a computer keyboard.

She’s not swollen and still struggles when held. We thought you could simply work them back up into her throat and get her to spit them out but. Of course it’s never that simple. She is a little on the fat side but she did just clear off 9 goldfish without flinching so I also take that into account and haven’t started assuming the worst yet.

I know the risks of impaction and all but have heard of a pacman frog passing a nickel within a few weeks so I still have a mild hope for her.

I’ve done the research on vets in the local area and none are -seriously- qualified to handle amphibians and I don’t want to put her under THEIR care for a surgery if they aren’t completely able to care for her. Not to mention I’d have to travel a distance to get to any of them.

So is there any suggestions that could put my worrying to rest?

My best friend says that she can’t be totally doomed. Not when frogs most likely swallow rocks in the wild by accident anyhow. And there’s only two larger sized rocks I can feel. And, mind you, she was found in a friend’s pool shortly after a snow so she was, at one point, wild.

:/ Do I just watch out and make sure she keeps her appetite and doesn’t bloat or what? Lend me a hand?

She’s been transferred over onto the same terrain I use for my pacman in hopes for her to pull through. ALSO. All the rocks are rounded and smooth. None are jagged. And I’ve seen my pacman pass some pretty large stools so.

Again. What do you all think?
